AlmaVia of San Rafael was created through a unique collaboration among Elder Care Alliance, Faith Lutheran Church and the Sierra Pacific Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The assisted living community offers 130 studio and one and two bedroom apartments. Services include scheduled transportation, leisure and social programs, dining services, housekeeping, spiritual care services and an array of personal care services including medication management, assistance with daily personal needs, health care monitoring and our BridgeHaven program that support residents with memory loss and dementia. |
